Membership Terms & Conditions

Using Your Membership

  • You must start your sessions within 2 weeks of signing up or buying a package.
  • All memberships have a set time limit and must be used before they expire.

Expiry Dates:

  • [First Trial] 3 x 4:1 Group Pilates – 5 weeks from purchase
  • [First Trial] Private Pilates – 1 week from purchase
  • 10 classes – 12 weeks from purchase
  • 20 classes – 22 weeks from purchase
  • Kids Pilates (5 sessions) – 7 weeks from purchase
  • Kids Pilates (10 sessions) – 12 weeks from purchase

If your membership expires before you finish your sessions, they will be cancelled with no refunds, credits, or reschedules. Extensions may be allowed in special cases (e.g., long-term work trips, hospital stays, or surgery with proof).

If your usual instructor isn’t available, we’ll provide another qualified instructor.

Membership Rules

  • Your membership starts once full payment is made.
  • You must let us know about any medical conditions before starting. We’re not responsible for any issues caused by unreported health conditions.
  • Please leave valuables with staff for safekeeping. We’re not responsible for lost items.

Can You Transfer Your Membership?

  • No, memberships cannot be transferred to someone else.

Refunds

  • All memberships are non-refundable. We won’t refund, credit, or transfer if:
    • You change your mind
    • You don’t use your sessions
    • You miss a session
  • Our refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies follow Australian Consumer Law (ACL). More details here: ACCC Website.

Special Offers & Promotions

  • Promotions cannot be refunded, postponed, or transferred to another person or program.
  • All promotional sessions must be used within the expiry period.

Bookings & Cancellations

  • You’ll get three email reminders before your session (24 hours in advance).
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your session via the booking app.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in losing your session, with no refunds or reschedules.
