Using Your Membership

• You must start your sessions within 2 weeks of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• All memberships and packs have fixed expiry periods and must be used before they expire.
• Expired sessions are not refunded, credited, transferred, or rescheduled.
• Extensions may be considered in special cases such as surgery, hospital stays, or long work travel, with proof.
• If your usual instructor is unavailable, another qualified instructor may be assigned.
• Memberships begin once full payment is received.
• Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions before starting.
• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Expiry Dates

• [First Trial] 3 x 4:1 Group Pilates: 5 weeks from purchase
• [First Trial] Private Pilates: 1 week from purchase
• 10 classes: 12 weeks from purchase
• 20 classes: 22 weeks from purchase
• Kids Pilates (5 sessions): 7 weeks from purchase
• Kids Pilates (10 sessions): 12 weeks from purchase
